About Design
Q
Is Sunbird able to design specifically according to our needs?
A
Yes. Please provide the size of the inner diameter of your counter or window, as well as the amount of various jewelries to be placed.

How is Sunbird design presented?
A
Sunbird is usually rendered with a 3D effect map, with some instructions, so that you can easily see the effect.

Is there a fee required for a design from Sunbird?
A
Please consult Sunbird’s salesman if applicable to the specific situation. But even if there is a fee, Sunbird only charges the standard labor cost based on the design.

How does one choose materials, such as artificial leather, velvet, metal, paint color, etc.?
A
It is recommended that you follow the Pantone color number to inform us of the color you require, Sunbird can also recommend these to you based on your request and if required we are also able to send these swatches for you to confirm. As for the paint color can it be mixed according to Pantone or RAL color number.

If I like some of the designs from Sunbird, is it possible to change the sizes?
A
In most cases it is possible, such as platforms, back board sizes however there are some holders and neck forms which are made from an open mold, so if there is a need, please consult our staff.

What should I do if I want to customize certain products, but have similar styles from Sunbirds web?
A
Sunbird is a manufacturer with the ability to produce all kinds of displays and packaging, and the products on the website are for reference. It is recommended that you tell us about the products you want to develop by using photos, sketches, etc. so that we can have a guideline to your needs.

How do I place an order?
A
Once the price and model is confirmed, you can consider the release of the official production, please note that many times, the model is to avoid errors must be made, the specific situation please consult the SUNBIRD salesman.

What are the terms of the offer?
A
In general, SUNBIRD is based on the Shenzhen EX-FACTORY and pls note that it does not include shipping and other charges.

How long does it take for production?
A
Depending on the size of your order, the complexity of the items, and the month in which your order is placed.  Generally, it takes about 30-35 days. Sunbird will confirm the delivery time with you once your order is placed.

Does Sunbird have a minimum quantity requirement?
A
There is a MOQ required. We recommend that you list and send the required style and quantity to our staff they will advise and inform you.

When and how do I pay?
A
The deposit of 50% of the grand total amount. Production will begin as soon as the deposit is received.

The final payment is also 50% of the total amount. This must be paid before shipping.

In general, SUNBIRD only supports T/T payments. Payment information is at the bottom of the invoice issued by the Sunbird, or you can contact your dedicated salesman.

About Transportation
Q
How do I choose a mode of transport?
A
Once the goods are completed, Sunbird salesman will send you the packing list where the total ctns, volume and gross weight of the cartons will be shown.

If you choose your own shipping, you can also check with your co-operative freight and other related charges according to the packing list.

You can also request Sunbird to select freight and arrange the shipping.

You can decide once you have made a comparison.

What modes of transports are available?

If you choose EXPRESS SERVICE, ie: UPS, FEDEX and DHL international couriers.
 
International express transportation generally takes about one week, specific freight, shipping time and other details can be consulted through Sunbird salesman.
 
If you choose to ship by SEA, there are shipping CIF and FOB and SEA DOOR-TO-DOOR, please refer below;
 
Under the condition of shipping CIF, the freight charges queried by Sunbird clerks are based on port-to-port charges, i.e. including the cost of Sunbird factory to the nearest port in your country, but not including the cost of arrival, and after arrival. The recipient shall be responsible for and bear the next costs.

Under the condition of shipping via FOB, the freight charges queried by Sunbird clerks are based on the freight from Sunbird factory to ShenZhen sea port, that is, Sunbird is responsible for the customs clearance from Sunbird factory to the port of Shenzhen, and is responsible for the customs declaration in China, once the goods are on board, the consignee is responsible for and bear the next costs.

Under the condition of SEA DOOR-TO-DOOR, THE FREIGHT CHARGES THAT SUNBIRD CLERKS get quotation from agent, INCLUDING THE COST OF THE SUNBIRD FACTORY TO THE CUSTOMER'S STORE AND WAREHOUSE.

If you choose shipping by AIR, you can consult SUNBIRD salesman for the air freight charges, i.e. including the cost of SUNBIRD factory to the nearest airport in your country, after arriving at the airport, the consignee is responsible for and bearing the next costs.

Which shipping is more cost-effective?
A
In general, the total cost depends on the mode of transport, as well as the volume and weight of your order:
 
If your goods (less than 10 cartons), it is recommended that you consider choosing UPS, FedEx and DHL courier mode, you will require to have your own account number, here you can use your own account number to arrange the delivery, if not, Sunbird can also help check the freight for you to compare, thereafter the delivery can be arranged.

If your goods (greater than 10 cartons), it is recommended that you consider the choice of sea and air transport, sea freight is usually the cheapest mode of delivery, however the shipping time is longer, for further details please consult the Sunbird sales staff. We will go to our best efforts for you to find the most favorable and suitable mode of transport.
